Job advert: Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Reports to: CEO

Do you want to combine digital marketing, events and smart coordination – and make a real impact in an international environment? As a sales and marketing coordinator, you will be the hub of our sales and marketing work for both KD Feddersen Plastics Machinery and KD Feddersen Distribution. You will work closely with the management team and sales team and collaborate with the Group's central marketing organization in Hamburg.
About the role
This is a broad and dynamic role where you will alternate between planning, implementation and follow-up. You drive initiatives from idea to result – with a clear mandate and good opportunities to develop.

Responsibilities
Events and trade fairs: Plan, coordinate and carry out trade fairs, customer events and internal activities – including logistics, materials, invitations and follow-up.
Digital marketing: Update and create content for our websites, LinkedIn, social media and newsletters.
Customer data and analytics: Compile and analyze sales reporting, statistics, and customer surveys, and support CRM work.
Administration: Handle orders, meeting coordination, quotation documentation, presentations and general administrative support for sales and marketing teams.
Internal communication: Coordinate between departments and sister companies for effective information transfer and collaboration.

Who you are
Post-secondary education in marketing or economics (university/UAS) or equivalent work experience.
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
Strong communicative skills and easy to build relationships.
Structured with a good ability to prioritize – you thrive when there is a lot going on and are happy to take your own initiative.
Experience of social media, digital marketing and Office 365 is an advantage.
Service-oriented, meticulous and self-motivated.
You may be at the beginning of your career or have a few years of experience – we value drive, curiosity and potential.

Practical information
Scope: Full-time. Starting date by agreement.
